今天 Forece 刚刚把自己的 GPS 地图文件升级到最新版。发现很容易啊。给需要的同学吧。暂时没中国地图。。。。。。。。Megaupload 需翻墙下载。肉身翻墙请无视前边的话。

安装方法：
1、用数据线将 GPS 与电脑连接起来
2、在文件夹选项中打开所有能显示隐藏文件的选项。
3、找到最大的那个 IMG 文件。
4、以防万一，先将 GPS 的 IMG 文件备份到电脑上。
5、复制新版地图的 IMG 文件到 GPS 上。
6、结束

下载完之后，文件后缀分别是 001,002,003 用 hjsplit 软件将三个文件合并起来。将合并后的文件替换到 GPS 中旧的地图文件即可。

我想更新我的GPS，不知道哪里有免费下载的Garmin City Navigator North America NT 2011.10 3D。当然，如果有更新的版本是更好了。但一定要免费的，而不是只用两个星期就要收费的。（我不懂，怎么知道下载是免费的，请告诉我鉴别方法。）

我下载了Garmin City Navigator North America NT 2011.10 3D (IMG unlocked), 和我的2008版完全不一样啊, 只显示Interstate 和 US Route, 没有市区的街道地图. 今天去芝加哥要不是还好有iphone, 用你提供的地图估计回不来了!!!

    @FORECE 是2011的, 真的没有街道的详细地图, 只有高速公路的, 用的时候可以发现GPS上显示的车子总是不在线路上. 很奇怪. 我下高速进入芝加哥市区后就无法再用它导航了.

I am replacing gmapprom.img with gmapsupp.img. This 2011 map is big. My old map (gmapprom.img) only has like 943 MB and this new one has 1.22 GB. waitting for it to finish transferring now. hope it work. thanks.

沙发!
我一共用了三个GPS,第一个第二个,唉买得是,杂牌,垃圾货.
第三个是TOMTOM,扔车上给偷了,那时候很紧张GPS,没有GPS感觉出不了门,现在不会了.
再说现在真要用手机5800上带的也可以用.
